A facilitated executive board session builds a Forum-like bond and camaraderie among the members. The customized program offers the opportunity to step back and examine chapter strategy and challenges.
Designed specifically for chapter officers, the program includes preliminary assessment with the chapter chair and surveys gathered from each chapter officer. The feedback sets expectations and creates an agenda to:
- Discuss the “Big Issues” facing the chapter.
- Check alignment on the chapter’s strategic plans and progress.
- Establish new goals for the chapter as a whole and review each officer’s job description and objectives.
- Confront the “elephants in the room” and taboo topics, challenging relationships and obstacles that may be limiting the openness and effectiveness of the board.
