Offsite or in-house facilitated sessions of 1-3 days focusing on mutual trust, honesty with compassion and appropriate vulnerability. Attendees participate in setting objectives. Preparation includes behavioral assessments and pre-session interviews and surveys. Post event check in calls are conducted with participants at 3, 6 and 12 month intervals.
